Hi I’m Tiffaney!

I’m the Registered Physiotherapist behind Bluewater Pelvic Health Centre. With almost a decade of experience working in pelvic health I have a passion for helping people learn, connect with and feel empowered about their pelvic health!

I completed my Masters of Physical Therapy from the University of Toronto in 2011 and have completed a number of advanced practice courses in pelvic health and manual therapy. I have worked in a variety of clinical spaces that have focused on sports rehabilitation and pelvic health in Toronto before moving to Sarnia and starting Bluewater Pelvic Health Centre in 2019.

I have since had two children of my own and personally know the impact that pelvic health can have on our physical and mental well being. We don’t learn enough about our pelvic health and the stigma and fear around it can often prevent us from talking to healthcare professionals about our concerns.

That’s why it’s my mission to create a safe, supportive space to help my patients get comfortable talking about the uncomfortable. To help to eliminate the fear and give people the knowledge to feel empowered about their pelvic health!

Learn. Move. Empower.

Learn. Move. Empower.

I am a member of the Canadian Physiotherapy Association, the Women’s Health Division and Orthopaedic Division. I have been a guest lecturer to Physiotherapy students at the University of Toronto and provided educational presentations to the general public about the importance of pelvic health.
